Servicing and Repairing Your Hot Tub
Like everything mechanical, your hot tub will require servicing (in addition to routine maintenance). It is also possible that at some point you may need to replace a part.
At New Image Hot Tubs we are able to offer a full range of Cleaning Materials, Parts and Accessories. If you do not feel comfortable carrying out this type of work yourself, we are also able to provide a maintenance/repair service to order.

Full Hot Tub Servicing and Maintenance Inspection includes a Service, Flush, Drain, Clean & Re-Fill.
- This includes the following:
- Check cabinet and acrylic shell for damage, and interior for signs of any water ingress or stains
- Inspect the Ozone system and circulation pump operation
- Check ALL pumps, lights, lighting systems and electrical connections to ensure they are working properly
- Check ALL plumbing & hoses, jet pressure, wear & tear.
- Inspect the filters, filtration system, settings and clean the grates to maintain suction.
